We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 from the order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If it is a quality problem, we will accept a return. Note: Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's quality issue. (Quality issues: Damaged, large color difference, damaged zipper, stains, serious inconsistence with the picture.)
How to return an item?
- Contact us at email@example.com. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time)
- Put in “return and refund” in the subject line
- Tell us your order number and email/phone.
- Specify the reason why you want to get return and refund.
- Picture or a short video is needed when it’s quality issue.
- We'll be in touch within 24hrs.
- Return shipping cost is on customers if it's not quality problem.
Please note that tried-on clothing cannot be returned or exchanged, thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Please be sure to give us the tracking number and carrier of your return in 7 days after we showed you shipping address. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the Return Policy Guarantee. Upon you having provided all the above information, we will give you the return address for your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: refunds are subject to an admin and restocking fee (10% of the order price). Shipping, Shipping Protection and Priority Processing are non-refundable after an order has been shipped/fulfilled.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items or items purchased with a discount code can be returned for exchange only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items, only items purchased at original RRP.
