Love these hills. Walked a bit more than usual of the killa hill today but i still ended up with 1:10 for time on 6.2 m so i wasnt mad at me! 😂 this was much hRder today than hill repeaters on Saturday- was in a different place mentally and hardly slept it makes a huge difference. Last time I tried 1 arm push ups I thought my arms were going to brake 😅 These didn't feel to bad though 2nd time I've ever tried 1 arm push ups also this was after a workout.
Every once in a while I try strict ring muscle ups soooooo close today if only I didn't flail out my arms so much 😅
