•⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats. Don't use quick cooking oats.
•½ cup milk for very thick consistency or up to ⅔ cup milk for a thinner consistency.
•½ cup fruit (sliced fresh strawberries, bananas etc)
•Drizzle of honey.
->Mix oats, milk and honey.
->layer them with chopped fruits.
->leave overnight in fridge.
->go to sleep.
->wake up the next morning and enjoy.
